Coach Dock has been with the Rams Cheerleading Coaching Staff since 2021 but has coached Randolph's feeder team, Randolph Junior Rams from its inception of 2018 until 2023. Coach Dock has 15 years of coaching experience and enjoyed cheerleading for football, basketball, competition and all-star in high school. Coach Dock is a USA Cheer member and she holds safety certifications in both USA Cheer (formerly AACCA) and NFHS. Outside of cheerleading, Coach Dock works as a business teacher and enjoys hiking with her dog, Jackson.
Coach Olivia has been with the Randolph High School coaching staff since 2023. She has also been a member of the Randolph Junior Rams 14Y and Gameday coaching staff since 2023. Coach Olivia is a Randolph High School alumna where she was a member of the basketball, football, and competition cheerleading teams. Coach Olivia has 8 years of coaching experience and is excited to work with the RHS athletes this season! Coach Olivia is currently working on her attaining her Masters of Business Administration and enjoys spending time at the beach and with friends/family.

Coach Sarah has been with the Rams Cheerleading coaching staff since 2023. She is also on the coaching staff for the RJR 12Y team and Head Coach of the RJR Minis team. Coach Sarah has 4 years of coaching experience and is an alumna of Randolph High School where she was a cheerleader on the Varsity football, basketball, and competition cheerleading teams. Coach Sarah is a USA Cheer member and holds safety certifications in USA Cheer. Outside of cheerleading, Coach Sarah enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Coach R is so excited to join the Randolph Cheerleading Coaching Staff this year. Coach R enjoyed cheerleading for football, basketball, and competition during high school. Coach R has experience as a cheer captain and was All American at NCA camp. Coach R is a USA Cheer member, and she holds safety certifications in USA Cheer. Outside of cheerleading, Coach R works as a school psychologist at Randolph Middle School. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her two cats, and playing pickleball with her fiancé.
